• The Lucy Harding Room: $140.00, plus tax (Queen bed/Private Bath with shower and tub)
• The Garden Cottage: $120.00, plus tax (Extra Person: $20 per night) (Double Featherbed/Twin (see the rooms page)/Private Bath/Private Entrance)
• The Juliana Suite: $170.00, plus tax (Extra Person: $30 per night) (Queen Bed, Large Sitting Room, Private Bath with shower) - Second bedroom available for $40
• Deposit: 50% of total booking
• Cancellation: 7 days notice for refund, 14 days notice for holiday weekends. Money returned if we book the room --less a $20 handling fee.
